Within the framework of the project "Study of geology, geomorphology and natural hazards in the upper sector of the Mapocho River basin", the Biodiversity and Climate Change Management, Vice-Presidency of Corporate Affairs and Sustainability of Anglo American, developed with Amawta Consultants and the Hémera Center, educational material about landslides in the pre-mountain range of the Metropolitan Region.
The material prepared by the researcher associated to Hémera Center, geologist Dr. Jorge Clavero Ribes and U. Mayor geologist Valentina Ramírez Lagos, seeks to contribute to environmental education on disaster risk as a key process in preparing the population for the effects of climate change and natural hazards.
