In a collaborative work between Hémera Earth Observation Center researcher Luiz Santini Junior and researchers Sandra Monteiro Borges Florsheim and Mario Tommasiello Filho, the book describes the anatomy and characteristics that allow the identification of 90 wood species, and how the study of wood anatomy is essential to indicate the correct use of the different species, pointing out the best characteristics for a particular use.
